Precautions for the use of roller brush
Use the roller brush to clean the floating hair with clean water before rolling, soak the fluff with water or thinner and spin dry the water, roll off the excess liquid on the waste paper and then take the paint.
When coating, only half of the roller brush is immersed in the material, and then rolled back and forth several times on the roller tray screed plate to make it evenly contained. When rolling, from top to bottom and then bottom to top, roll the paint on the base layer in a “W” shape, and then roll it horizontally.
Precautions for the use of roller brushes:
1. The viscosity of the paint used for roller coating should be adjusted according to the degree of dryness and wetness of the surface of the base layer and the speed of water absorption. High viscosity and poor leveling will affect the flatness of the paint film, while low viscosity and thin paint film will increase the number of constructions.
2. The construction shall be divided into sections every day, without stubble joints, so as to avoid color difference after repair. Roll coating on a flat surface should be done continuously at one time as much as possible to avoid leaving traces at the joints.
3. When the surface of the base layer is uneven, a narrow roller should be used for construction. If bubbles appear in the roller coating, it can be re-pressed with a roller with less dipping paste after the coating is slightly dry.
